Expensive, but you get results
Having seen teh prices Jura charges for consumables, I initially decided not to bother with the cappuccino cleaner on top of filters and cleaning tablets. However after suffering from a horrible crusted milk build up on our J9 frother, I relented and decided to give the cleaner a shot. A reluctant purchase, but with regular use it has definitely sorted out the problem.
Only giving it 4 stars as I think it's expensive for what it is, but it definitely works well.
Good Stuff
As usual these 'accessories' seem expensive. But we have found this substance highly effective at cleaning our cappuccino frother parts. A little goes a long way and does a much better job than even a thorough rinsing/soaking in hot water in dissolving invisible milky gunk build-up inside the parts.
The bottle has no instructions in English, but basically add a capful to your rinsing bowl and leave the parts to soak for a few minutes. Or add a capful to the milk-tank and run the steam a few times in the usual way.
