- Consultation at your premises, with Fairfax Coffee and equipment specialist to understand your coffee requirements and to suggest a tailor-made brewing system and service package
- A booked appointment at the Fairfax Espresso Centre in Swiss Cottage, North London, to test-drive suggested coffee systems
- Free delivery and installation of your coffee system, by Fairfax, at your premises
- A free user information and training session at your premises, to ensure that workplace team members are fully conversant with the operation of the brewing equipment
- A telephone helpline, manned by Fairfax coffee and equipment specialists
- A one year commercial warranty, including onsite engineer response if necessary.
Fairfax also supplies all ingredients including Fairtrade powdered milk and chocolate.
