This is a complex blend of FTO RFA Honduras and FTO Sumatra roasted slowly to a rich roast level to produce an intense smokey chocolate flavour with subtle notes of liquorish and cardamom. The two coffee carry full ethical and organic certifications and we have separately helped a small village in Takengon, Northern Sumatra to build a coffee processing station that will benefit the whole community and also ensure great consistent quality. Makes a wonderful espresso and is equally good for milky drinks; cappuccino, latte etc.
The coffee is packed in handy, re-sealable 250g valve bags.
