La Pavoni have been in the business of building high quality espresso machines since 1901. The Pavoni Lever Machines – The Europiccola and Professional – have been built to last. They do however from time to time require a little TLC. Here at Fairfax we have an on-site dedicated technician who has been servicing Pavonis for over six years. As a guide, we recommend service every two years as there is usually significant wear on the internal seals.
Fairfax offers a standard service on all Pavoni Levers which you can now book online for
£99.90. This price is valid only if booked through the web. It includes the following:
- Labour by a fully trained and experienced Pavoni technician
- Group Seals and Circlips Replaced
- Steam Tap Washer Replaced
- Boiler Cap Seal Replaced
- Sight Glass Inspection and replacement parts as necessary
- Clean/Descale Boiler Where Necessary
- Quality control tests on coffee and steam production
If your machine requires any additional parts or labour we will call you with an estimate before any work is carried out.
Getting Your Pavoni To Us You are welcome to bring your Pavoni to our shop, post it to us or you can call us and we will arrange to have it collected and returned.

If posting, please ensure that your Pavoni is sufficiently packaged with bubble wrap. If you have the original packaging, it will be mailed back to you as it was received.
Otherwise, for an additional £32 we can arrange for a courier to collect and return your machine. Just click on Collection and Return and give our After Sales Care Department a call to arrange for a convenient day: 0800 316 8700. Please note that our courier - UPS - collects and returns between 9 and 5. A more specific time is unfortunately not provided.
Getting you Pavoni ReturnedOnce your Pavoni has been serviced, our After Sales Care Department will call you. For returns, you can collect your machine at our shop or if you clicked on Collection and Return we will arrange for a convenient return day.
NB - If you plan on bringing your Pavoni to our shop, we will require your credit card details in advance. Your credit card will only be charged once a quote has been communicated to you or if you have not collected your machine within two weeks of notification. We've started this new policy after having received and repaired a number of machines without collection/payment.

I’ve had my Pavoni 15 years, it was a wedding present from our dear friends (the best present, I must say). I have been coming to Fairfax on Finchley road for many years having my machine serviced. I have to say I am very happy with the engineer at Fairfax. Everytime I collect my machine it is shining like new. Thank you Pavoni engineer for making my machine new again!

Happy with the service but the only complaint I have is,.. I had to wait a week with horrendous coffee withdrawal symptoms AHHHH... hadn’t realised how much I depend on coffee. So for that reason my Pavoni is not leaving the kitchen AGAIN!
