Q1. My Handpresso is leaking water from the water reservoir A. If you have water leaking through the water reservoir please check the position and the state of the rubber seal around the water reservoir. Make sure the rubber seal is always tight and check for any damages. When making coffee double check that the portafilter is correctly placed and tightened. Replace the rubber seal in case of any defects.

Q2. How can I obtain a spare rubber seal as I have already used the one supplied?
A. You are able to purchase extra rubber seals from our website, please visit our Handpresso page.

Q3. My water reservoir is cracked, can I replace it?
A. The Handpresso water reservoir is very unlikely to crack unless dropped or used against manufacturers’ instructions. Once your water reservoir is cracked or broken you will need to replace it. Please contact our repair service for further information.

Q4. The pump handle of my Handpresso is broken
A. If the pump handle is broken or damaged please contact our repair service for further information.

Q5. I am pumping but I cannot get the machine to build enough pressure
A. Unlock the pump by twisting the handle as per diagram and change the seal inside the pump.

Q6. Is it possible to interchange the Handpresso Wild with the Handpresso Domepod?
A. Unfortunately each Handpresso will only operate with one system. The Handpresso Wild has been developed to work with E.S.E pods (easy serving pods) and the Handpresso Domepod works only with ground coffee. There are no conversion options available

Important things to remember:

• Always use filtered water
• We advise you to pour hot water in your cups before serving your espresso.
• Always remove pods or ground coffee from your machine after use.
• Rinse your machine with water and use a soft cloth to dry it. Do not use alcohol or detergents to clean your Handpresso Wild or Domepod Coffee machine. These liquids could change the characteristics of the machine and make it dangerous.
• Descaling your Handpresso Wild or Domepod is unnecessary
