Orders
All products sold by Fairfax Coffee Ltd ( “Fairfax” ) are new unless otherwise stated on our website. After placing your online order with us, you will receive an email advising your order number. If you do not receive this within 1 working day please advise us by e mail. Once you have received your order number please use it in any subsequent enquiry.
Delivery
Delivery for stock items is usually 2 to 5 working days. All items are subject to stock availability and payment clearance. You will be notified if your delivery is going to take longer than 5 working days. Where goods are subject to a Special Order delivery dates are estimated on the product page of the website. Title passes on payment in full for products purchased.
Delivery is to the UK mainland only (not including Channel Islands). Please contact us if you require delivery to other locations and we will quote for any additional postage charges.
Charges are as follows:

Orders over £150 excluding postage costs are carriage free.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order with us within 7 working days of purchase as long as the products have not been used, are unopened, kept within original undamaged packaging and are in a resaleable condition. All transport costs of bringing such products back to Fairfax is of responsibility of the customer and therefore will be deducted from the original selling price upon refund. Fairfax cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit and goods must be securely packed in the original packaging. There will also be a 10% restocking fee and this will be deducted from any refund.
Warranty & Replacement
Fairfax offers maximum warranty period in accordance with manufacturers terms. This period can vary from model to model and is stated clearly next to each product, subject to conditions set out below. It commences at the date of delivery to customers.
Domestic appliances which are electrically operated have a 2 year warranty unless otherwise stated. Some domestic machines may be eligible for commercial warranty at an extra charge. Please contact us for further information.
If a fault is found with the product you must notify us immediately. We will help to rectify the problem by giving appropriate advice on the telephone or by email. In the case of electrical products, if the problem still cannot be resolved, we will collect the product from you for inspection at our expense and promptly repair the product and send it back to you. If no fault is found with the product, we will reserve the right to require you to reimburse us for the transport cost.
Repairs carried out which are chargeable to customers are priced at rates ruling at the date of repair, and warranty on such repairs runs for 6 months from the date of such repairs.
We do not offer refunds on products that have been used.
Warranty Exclusions
We are not responsible for any losses to you or any 3rd party resulting from the malfunction of the product, and we are not responsible for any accidental damage to the product.
Products which are found to be used contrary to manufacturer’s instructions or are neglected, misused or abused will have the warranty invalidated. Modifications to products supplied w not carried out by Fairfax or its authorised agents will invalidate the warranty.
Fairfax is not liable for any damage or injury caused to customers, by the use of any of the goods it sells. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct item(s) have been purchased and is used in the way intended. The Company's liability under the terms of this warranty will be limited to the value of the goods only and not for any consequential damages, injuries or losses howsoever caused.
Fairfax is not responsible for damage to any product caused by limescale.
